I was born and raised in Orange County, where I now live with my wife, Mariana, and our five amazing kids Aaron, Olivia, Natalia, and twins Juan and Carlos. I entered the financial planning world in 2009 because I knew that Hard Work should lead to more than just keeping the lights on.
I’m proud of my culture and heritage, which influence everything from how I lead my family to how I serve my clients, relationship first, grounded, and with a lot of heart. When I’m not working with on financial journeys, Mariana and I are busy running Café Zócalo, our family-owned restaurant built on community, hospitality, and a true mi casa es tu casa spirit. I’m a lifelong sports fan (Angels baseball, Ravens football, and Real Madrid or Liverpool soccer are always on), love to travel, and gravitate toward the color red for reasons I can’t fully explain.
My faith keeps me grounded especially 1 Corinthians 13:4–8, “Love is patient, love is kind” and when life throws a punch, I borrow a little wisdom from Rocky: it’s not about how hard you hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
